Happy New Year

Thankful heart goes out to everyone because we were able to welcome the New Year.

I would like to thank the subaco clients and the people concerned on behalf of all the subaco employees.

We the subaco employees, gathered together to help people with disability.

From the children and parents of subaco clients, we are called “teacher”.

From the adult clients, we are thankfully selected as the one to support their independent life.

Feeling the joy and challenge of life to the side that provides support, subaco was able to welcome the New Year 2018.

Early in the New Year, we were able to open new office subaco switch Utsubo Park.

We feel that the situation of increasing the number of businesses and staffs like us is rich in society as a whole and should not be confident in interpreting it as happy. 

Children and adults who feel that there are social disadvantages, and the purpose of their parents’ efforts to adapt to society are included in activities such as care and rehabilitation.

However, if people feel that social disadvantages do not feel disadvantageous and accept society as it is, we believe there is no need to increase the number of establishments like us.

We feel that if the party concerned is going to operate with the intention, we should reduce the institution specializing in disabled welfare services like us, and develop in the environment of public facilities that anyone can use.

We are aware that there is a problem with the society that accepts can not afford, and that our subaco is also a factor in that society. Nonetheless, it is not our duty to only express ideals, not to eliminate the difference in reality, only to let the wishes of the parties speak.

We think that it is our donor’s role to gradually change the trend of society while cooperating with the parties in achieving the immediate life goals without resorting to responding to the trends of the times and tenaciously approaching the ideal.

We also have a life for individuals who wish to have their own families and their families who are offering support, and young people who wish to fulfill this social role as such occupation.

Not only subaco clients, but also subaco employees with the same intention gathered, we have opened a new office subaco switch Utsubo Park.

In the New Year of 2018, college graduates are scheduled to be employed and they will have the opportunity to work under the responsibility of senior subaco employees. These are all provided from the clients of the subaco.

Every year, subaco offices and our employees are increasing.

Not only does our employee side of subaco evolve, but also for the clients, we hope that the memories and experiences of “I did it!” will occur more and more.

With the goal of evolving education and activities, being enriched as person with the concept of disability, we hope to grow together with our clients.
