One’s Title

For children who are gathering here, I think they certainly need special attention.
But is it necessary for them to just engage with experts with special qualifications?
I certainly question that.
Regarding developmental disability, there are myriad of problems including auditory, visual, taste, executive function, emotional, motor coordination problems, etc…
Regarding different symptoms and hypotheses, more and more things have become clear.
At the same time, the number of various experts has increased.
The variety of specialists in the West, especially the United States, are not comparable to Japan.
What an impressive country
However, at the same time, there are children and parents who are confused.
Gathering the information, daily travel and expenses, and creating relationships with different specialist are difficult task to handle.
For whom will expertise deepen and increase?
Of course it should be for the person who are involved.
But in order to make it a pleasing for the people involved, I think it is necessary to modify the current structure of medical, educational, and welfare.
That is “design.”
You need some specific skills for this design.
The skill you need is a not rich knowledge. Instead, you need a flexible thinking that will bring you closer to the people who are involved.
Take it easy
That is the mindset that is necessary for the individuals who are working as a provider.
No matter how much knowledge you acquire, it will not go well when you think difficultly.
It’s not easy to be separated from something you believe in.
But lets move on by saying take it easy.
It will not go the way you planned.
It is different from what you wanted to do.
Ideal and reality is different.
When you think that way, you will never move forward from where you are.
How about you open your mouth widely and swallow?
Happiness is larger than you think.
Don’t get strained by one’s title. I want to create an environment that is good for the children.
It’s not a must for every child to receive special training.
We need to research the characteristics of each child and prepare an environment that is suited for each child physically and socially.
It is not as rewarding as a job that children say “Thank you” to us.
It is wonderful if children are having fun and enjoying the activities.
Every child has the power to develop with his own power.
What do I really need?
Come on come on, come on come on
Come on its such a joy
Come on its such a joy
Come on let’s take it easy
Come on let’s take it easy
Take it easy take it easy
